SACRED HEART SCHOOL IN TAFTVILLE WILL COMMEMORATE THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BUILDING ON HUNTERS AVENUE. A YEAR LONG CELEBRATION HAS BEGUN WITH A PERFORMANCE BY THE SCHOOL CHILDREN ON JUNE 2ND, 2009. MANY EXCITING EVENTS ARE PLANNED-INCLUDING THE FIRST ANNUAL DASH TO HEAVEN ROAD RACE.
